Welcome
to Day 9 of our “12 Days of Giving” here on the “More from Lexington Family”
blog.
Here’s
how it works. Every day from now until December 13 we will feature a different
giveaway here on the blog and we’ll also give your family a great idea for giving
back in our community.
All
you have to do is use the Rafflecopter widget to enter the giveaway. You can
earn more than one entry for each giveaway. Just scroll down to enter.
We’ll
start the giveaways around 9 a.m. every day, and announce the winner at 9 a.m.
the next day. Prizes will be available at the Lexington Family office at 138 E.
Reynolds Rd., Ste 201. Gift card prizes can be mailed, but larger prizes must
be picked up, except for the Bitty Baby which will be mailed from American Girl.
GIVEAWAY
Oh,
you are going to love today’s giveaway for your little girls. For the first
time ever, Lexington Family has an American Girl Bitty Baby to give away. And
this is a new Bitty Baby. She comes with her own storybook and you can choose
from 11 hair, skin and eye combinations so your little one can have her own
little on who looks just like she did as a baby.
Here’s what American Girl says about
the new Bitty Baby: Imagination comes to
life in Bitty Baby's all-new world including new hardcover picture books,
nursery furniture, and sweet accessories. With a Baby to love and hug, your
little girl is sure to shine her brightest today and every day.
With so many new options to choose from,
every little girl can now find the Bitty Baby doll that’s just right for her.
After selecting her doll from the expanded choices, a girl will receive her
Bitty Baby doll dressed in her signature sleeper, along with a special “wishing
star” keepsake toy and Bitty Baby and Me,
the first in a series of five hardcover picture books that inspire fun ways to
play. Several new outfits in various designs are also available to allow a girl
to further personalize her Bitty Baby.
American Girl will ship Bitty Baby
directly to the winner.

GIVING BACK
Have
you seen the Titanic exhibit at the Lexington Center Museum yet? Pick up a new
teddy and bring it with you to receive
$2 off admission.
Inspired
by “Polar, the Titanic Bear,” the Lexington Center Museum and
Gallery and Paul Miller Ford have joined together with a mission
to bring a smile to pediatric patients and less fortunate children
this holiday season.
New
teddy bears can be dropped off at the museum or at Paul Miller Ford on New
Circle Road up until December 22. Donors will receive a coupon for $2 off
any adult admission to Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition. The bears
will be wrapped and await their delivery on December 23, just days before
Christmas.
Half
of the teddy bears will be delivered to pediatric patients at regional St.
Joseph Hospitals who will also be treated to a reading of “Polar, The Titanic
Bear.” The other half of the bears will be distributed to less
fortunate children in Eastern Kentucky through cooperation with WKYT/WYMT TV.
Follow
the progress of the teddy bear drive on Lexington Center Museum & Gallery’s Facebook page. You will also get an
introduction to Titan, the giant teddy bear and his adventures leading up to
the distribution of the teddy bears.
This would make a little girl extremely happy on Christmas Morning!
